Rod Kirby, The Success Center, SBLS Media, SBLS Enterprises and its affiliates will never sell or share your information with any third parties or use it in any way other than it’s original intent. The only information gathered is your name and email address which is not and will not be accessible to the public.
In other words, your secrets are safe with me. 
Cookies
This site participates in the Google Analytics program which track web traffic through the use of web “cookies.” Other than being extremely yummy, they don’t pose a threat to your computer in anyway and expire after 30 days.
Spam Policy
The Success Tips newsletter is a weekly informational email. You will never receive any emails for offers, invitations, or other mailings outside of this timetable. “Unsubscribe” links are easily visible and available in the newsletter if you ever wish to not receive future mailings.
I hate spam just as much as you do and will never send you an email that doesn’t present some sort of value for you.

All videos are the unique creation and production of Rod Kirby and SBLS Media. They are freely shareable via networks such as Vimeo and Youtube. The owner requests that you please notify him of your usage of the videos and of course, attribute them accordingly.

Payments
Payments for Success Coaching services and future products of Rod Kirby and The Success Center are handled through Paypal. Cashier checks and money orders are also acceptable forms of payment. Cash in person or via mail is unacceptable for reporting issues.
Refunds
Refunds are only given in full BEFORE a coaching session has started. Once your refund request is received allow 7 days for your account to be credited.
