		<description>Really good article. I&#039;m so glad I didn&#039;t get sucked into buying lots of followers on Twitter.  Slowly building my following is helping build some really cool relationship. As I learn twitter my following/follower criteria has changed. If I pull up someone&#039;s Twitter page and I see no RT or @somebody&#039;s name - I block.  They aren&#039;t here for engagement but to push their product or really tell us that they are eating pizza for lunch! Facebook- I&#039;m still trying figure out how I&#039;m going to use that.  I&#039;ve got 2 different worlds going (real friends and networking friends). LinkedIn, I&#039;ve join a really good active group so I&#039;m starting to engage there.</description>
