Maybe it&#039;s because I&#039;ve worked in retail, but I&#039;ve always heard about how valuable good customer service is for keeping customers and getting them to tell their friends. If it is so valuable, why aren&#039;t more people and businesses doing it?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And as others have said, I hope you&#039;re working my next flight!</description>
