Q. How long will this deal last?
A. This deal ends 12:01 am [CST] January 1, 2010

Q. Will you offer this deal again in the near future?
A. I’ll definitely offer my coaching services again in the near future, however, not at this price.

Q. How will the coaching sessions be delivered?
A. Coaching can be done via phone, Skype, Facebook chat, or Google chat. I prefer Skype or some form of chat so I can immediately direct you to online resources, links, and information to help meet your need.

Note: If there is another way you would like to conduct your session just let me know and we can work something out. Due to scheduling and traveling issues, I am not offering face-to-face coaching services at this time.

Q. Will I need to buy any equipment?
A. Absolutely not! The only thing you’ll need is your computer, pen and paper, and a quiet space so you focus. If you choose Skype chat you’ll need to download the Skype software, but that’s it. During a Skype session you’ll be able to see and hear me loud and clear. If you have a web cam – great!. If not, you’ll still be able to interact with me.

Q. How long do I have to use my coaching session once I purchase it?
A. Sessions are good for 2 months after the date of purchase. Your needs might change dramatically anytime after than that so I encourage you to use it quickly! If you don’t use it after a nudge from me then I’ll refund your money. Simple right?

Q. When are the sessions scheduled?
A. That’ll have to be a question we answer together. I prefer to coach during the morning times but if you absolutely need evenings we can work something out.

Q. Do you have a refund policy?
A. I sure do! Refunds are only given in full BEFORE a session has started. I can’t take back the advice, resources, and knowledge you’ll receive during a session so refunds are given on the front end only. Once your refund request is received allow 7 days for your account to be credited.
